Our Ministry Team is committed to building relationships that seek to show and share Christ’s love with our homeless friends. No matter how Ministry Team Members may serve across our program areas and in their specific role, their purpose is to be ambassadors for the gospel. 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO… 

*Have a mature relationship with Jesus Christ
*Are humble and non-judgmental
*Are people oriented rather than task oriented

Ministry Team Members make gatherings like Community Dinner, Ladies’ Living Room, Bible Study and others possible! Ministry Team Members will complete an application and training before they begin serving.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT? 

– To adopt a practical, lived out philosophy of ministry that is focused on abiding in the Vine, not producing fruit. (Jn. 15)

– To be discipled as you are discipling. We believe when the Lord works through us, He is also always desiring to work IN us! We are not sitting on the sidelines as He works in the lives of those we’re ministering to.

– To be committed to serving through prayer, relationships with our homeless friends, and relationships with the rest of the ministry team.

– To see the Lord at work in you, our ministry team, and our community, with the same goal of knowing Him and living as His ambassadors

OUR HEART FOR MINISTRY TEAM MEMBERS

– To draw continually nearer to the Lord as you minister in His harvest field.

– To grow as an everyday evangelist, seeing how the gospel connects to everyday and every part of our lives.

– To experience walking alongside believers and nonbelievers and encouraging them to take a next step in their relationship with Christ and His family.
